Under general direction, is responsible to identify, recruit, admit, and enroll academically qualified non-traditional adult students in accordance with the philosophy of the University; keeps frequent contact with prospective students, applicants, and newly admitted students; demonstrates understanding and sensitivity to the needs of students; conducts routine visits to area community colleges and employers; coordinates on and off-campus recruitment events; performs duties in accordance with the values of a Jesuit, liberal arts education.
Qualifications:
Bachelors' degree
4-6 years' related advising/counseling experience.

Basic research skills
Ability to operate personal computer with various software programs

Ability to handle stress due to travel
