Seeking an outstanding full-time school psychologist has the ability to work in progressive districts and can be proactive. This position would be split between two small school districts- Loma Prieta Joint Union SD (420 students) and Lakeside Joint SD (70 students). Our schools are high performing with a "can do" attitude. Both Districts are unique and provide a wonderful environment for all staff members.School Psychologist Description: Under the direction of the Director of Student Services and Special Education the school psychologist will apply psycho-educational principles and knowledge in the assessment, classification, treatment and education of children with school-related learning, social and emotional difficulties while providing leadership and professional development to drive the collaborative education program at the Districts, and ensure compliance to established policies, procedures, and/or regulations.Student Services Description: Under the direction of the Director of Student Services and Special Education the Student Services coordinator will support the special education team (to include coaching, training, general support, etc.), monitor SEIS caseloads to ensure compliance with dates, processes and like duties. Oversees testing, reporting and support of EL learners.
