The Raymond A. Mason School of Business is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to support Undergraduate & Specialty Masters' Programs working under the leadership of the Director of Admissions. The Associate Director of Admissions' primary responsibility will be to assist in the development and processing of the admission funnel for the Undergraduate & Specialty Masters' programs.

The Associate Director of Admissions responsibilities in managing the admission funnel include collaborating to develop new strategies to increase our prospect pool, engaging effectively with prospects to ensure a sufficient applicant pool, reviewing candidates for admission and scholarships in conjunction with the Director of Admission, engaging with admitted students to promote conversion to deposit and developing strategic initiatives to remain in contact with deposits to confirm enrollment and reduce the number of withdrawn deposits.
