Learning Resources is a System department that is responsible for several organizational functions: In addition to New Healer Orientation and Staff Development; LMS and Education & Technology; Leadership Development; Corporate Training Development and Delivery and operating a Training Center/Computer Lab, we coordinate student clinical rotations for more than 31 different disciplines, reaulting in high levels of coordination of student "slots", documentation and orientation, for more than 1000 student annually. Collectively, we also serve as internal consultants in the design, development and delivery of departmental and corporate training. We provide leadership of all healers utilizing our programs and content.
This position in an Education Specialist with an emphasis in the coordination and orientation of more than 1000 students on an annual basis. A high degree of organizational skills, relationship building skills and passion for undergraduate (primarily) students is needed. Our mission for the student program is to strengthen the continuum from student to healer, by creating and managing partnerships with schools, undergrad programs and system departments and leadership that equip, support and build relationships with students who complete clinical and/or shadowing rotations.
Bachelor's degree required in education or other healthcare related field. Master's degree desired.
