As the International Public Sector Account Executive, you will be a dynamic leader instrumental in shaping our worldwide initiatives within the public sector, excluding the MENA region. Your role is pivotal in establishing strategic partnerships, creating substantial revenue growth, and driving our mission of transforming early childhood education on a global scale.

- Strategic Partnership Development: Forges strong connections with ministries of education, government officials, and educational leaders globally, advocating for our transformative programs and fostering strategic collaborations.
- Revenue Growth: Drives revenue generation by identifying and securing multi-million-dollar deals and creating a robust pipeline of opportunities within international education sectors.
- Global Impact: Elevates our presence at government levels worldwide, promoting the potential of our solutions in revolutionizing early childhood education on a global scale.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that expand our footprint in the global education market.
- Strategic Partnering: Identifies and engages strategic partners to co-create compelling offerings that align with the unique needs of diverse educational environments.
- Thought Leadership: Position yourself as a thought leader in the education sector, driving conversations about innovative solutions and best practices in early childhood education.
- Team Collaboration: Works closely with internal teams to ensure the successful deployment of programs, ensuring alignment with customer needs and overall
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a preference for candidates with a background in Education, Business, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience demonstrating success in strategic leadership roles within the education sector, with a track record of building influential relationships and driving impactful initiatives.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage in high-level discussions and negotiations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex educational ecosystems.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to its transformation on a global scale.
- An extensive network within the international and global educational sector, particularly in the field of early childhood education.
- The ability to craft and execute strategies that penetrate markets, create demand, and navigate the intricacies of potential client organizations.
