SCOPE OF POSITION
The Corporate Student Coordinator will promote, expand, and implement the numerous operational aspects of student learners across the Ballad Health System. This individual will assist the development of Ballad's learner plan and will report to the Corporate Program Manager for UME/GME/Students to develop the infrastructure and resources to build a robust education experience for the region. The Corporate Student Coordinator will be involved with the wide variety of students we have utilizing the Ballad Health clinical learning environment including, but not limited to, Medical, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Doctoral, all Allied Health students, Observers and Shadowers. She or he will collaborate with other Corporate Student Coordinators and Residency Program Managers to assist in the implementation of Ballad Health initiatives and coordination of rotations and preceptors across the system. The Corporate Student Coordinator will understand the rules and requirements for the various student types and programs to ensure compliance with required training elements and serves as a direct link or main point of contact for the partner institutions' administration, faculty, and their respective students. The coordinator provides administrative support to the academic leadership structure established at all sites and at the system level. The goal of this position is to create an excellent learning experience for students and foster Ballad Health's contribution to educating the next generation of healthcare providers in our region. The Corporate Student Coordinator must be self-motivated, flexible, organized, attentive to detail, resourceful, a positive team member, a strong team leader and coach, exemplify professionalism, and be committed to continual performance improvement, and assist Ballad in achieving and maintaining applicable accreditation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
The Corporate Student Coordinator will possess a Bachelors degree in Healthcare, business, information systems, finance, or similar related field. In lieu of degree, 5-10-years related experience will be considered
