Leadership & Mentorship You may get the opportunity to mentor and guide Work-Based Learning (WBL) students, shaping their professional trajectory. Key Responsibilities Uphold our high standard of integrity, ensuring that student data remains impeccable. Contribute to reaching our performance goals in alignment with DOL/Company metrics. Play an instrumental role in the admissions process: from screening potential applicants to insightful career counseling. Be the voice and face of Job Corps in the community: develop relationships, provide insights on the program, and host informative sessions. Deliver exceptional management and guidance for our student community, fostering an environment of respect, accountability, and growth. Collaborate across departments for seamless service delivery, always putting student needs at the forefront. Continuously seek improvement in our offerings, ensuring the best for our students. Engage in proactive problem-solving, always seeking the best outcomes for all stakeholders. Be ready to embrace versatile roles, supporting other departments as needed. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications or closely related field and two years related experience required. Experience may include successful Job Corps enrollment or successful enrollment in other youth development programs. Must possess a valid in-State Drivers License and meet Company insurability requirements “Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
