Position Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Director of the Office of Student Affairs and the guidance of the Assistant Dean for Student Services, the Academic and Student Affairs Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the management of the Office of Student Affairs at the School of Nursing. This position is responsible for preparation, origination and maintenance of student records in the School of Nursing. This position requires the incumbant to provide coordination of day-to-day office activities; maintains an information management system (and update accordingly to work processes and changes in programs, policies & procedures), and student curriculum and progression advising that allows faculty and staff to have easy access to pertinent information regarding student data, procedures, forms, and reports; and maintenance of student databases.
