The admissions counselor will establish a territory recruitment plan which includes significant travel to high schools and college fairs, planning and execution of regional territory events, application review and decision recommendation, and personal follow up and relationship bulding with constituents in the territory. As an admissions team member, the counselor will assist with the execution of on and off campus events, in the performance of daily operational tasks like providing group information sessions or individual admission counseling appointments, interviews, and with special projects as requested.
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
Admissions recruitment experience in a similar higher education environment.
Experience utilizing Banner or Slate CRM.
Experience at the University of Mary Washington.
Experience managing social media accounts for professional use.
