Job Details

Summary:  The Global Education Office is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator who will help to manage activities in international recruitment and marketing areas. This position will provide support and coordination for outreach and recruitment activities to grow a diverse international student population.  This position will report directly to the Director of Global Partnerships and Outreach. 

 

Typical Duties

 

Support the international outreach and recruitment efforts and the team Assisted with application analysis and assessment to ensure accurate and efficient processing of undergraduate and graduate applications. Assist with managing agent network Assist managing contracts Assist in tracking agent performance  Help process agent payments Help manage communication with international students in the enrollment funnel Analyze CRM data, generate reports, and develop presentations Other duties as assigned  Required Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree and up to 1 year of relevant work experience required. Skilled in entering data accurately and efficiently with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in developing and maintaining good working relationships. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and to manage multiple projects in short and long time frames; Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to maintain data and document management systems for recruitment purposes  International and global experience Considerable experience working with database, word processing, and graphics software Experience using social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) as a marketing tool Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Cross-cultural communication skills, agility, and experience; Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as a staff member at VCU. Preferred Qualifications:

 

One year of related work within a CRM (Slate preferred) One year of experience in higher education Experience with accounts payable Experience with evaluating product features and their ability to meet business needs Salary Range: $46,000 - $50,000
