Responsible for coordinating and conducting new student orientation, focused academic advising, and student support services to help students persist in their program of study. This position is the "go-to" person to help students through the college experience by providing services that included, but are not limited to, orientation, student advisement, academic progress review, collaboration with faculty, and development and coordination of retention and attribution efforts for new and continuing students. This position gathers statistical data information and develops strategies to promote student satisfaction, persistence to graduation, job placement, and licensure.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is preferred, but a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Must be able to exercise initiative and independent judgement in the performance of assigned duties.
