Job Responsibilities
OCtech seeks a dedicated and dynamic Admissions Counselor and Recruiter to join our team. This position is crucial for providing admission and enrollment services to prospective students, community agencies, on-campus visitors, and the general public.
Responsibilities include guidance and academic counseling, managing case assignments, recruitment activities, and maintaining university transfer information.
Applicants should demonstrate knowledge of counseling theories, effective communication skills, and the ability to work under limited supervision.
Some travel and limited evening work may be required.

Minimum and Additional Requirements
A bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a related field; or Bachelor's degree + 2 yrs. experience in Student Services programs. A Master's Degree in Student Services, Student Personnel, Guidance, or Counseling is preferred.
