The San Francisco Film School is on the lookout for an experienced, results oriented, high-energy Assistant Director of Admissions to join our dynamic team of professionals. You should be data driven, have top-notch customer service skills, be passionate about changing people’s lives, and demonstrate the ability “to close”. Our ideal applicant is a leader, innovator, and hard worker with at least 5+ years of post-secondary school admissions/sales experience, with extensive CRM (especially Hubspot) experience a BIG plus. This is a hybrid position working 3 days in our downtown San Francisco office and 2 days remote.What we offer:Our team of professionals is diverse and dedicated, and we love to invest in our employees success, providing a healthy and successful future for you is important to us. Compensation:
$90,000 to $95,000 annual salary
Responsibilities:Work with the Director of Admissions to strategize and execute enrollment goalsReview monthly leads in our CRM (Hubspot) and look for trends Assist the DOA on managing admissions team membersConsistently meet your own targeted enrollment goalsCommunicate with potential students via email, phone, and textsSchedule and give school tours - both remotely and in-personDevelop and manage virtual and in-person recruitment eventsWork with our marketing team to refine and improve the quality and type of leadsQualifications:Ability to review data and create strategic plans that workExpertise using online CRM software (familiarity with Hubspot a plus)Top-notch customer service skills (especially over the phone)Passion for helping people follow their dreams of working in the entertainment industryDesire to work hybridExcellent writing and presentation skillsA strong work ethic and sense of humorAbout Company
