Job Responsibilities
Under the general supervision of the Director of Recruiting and Community Outreach, the Admissions Counselor plays a crucial role in providing comprehensive, one-on-one admissions and enrollment services to applicants at the College. Utilizing results from placement testing, assessment, and career interests. The Admissions Counselor follows up with prospects throughout all phases of the enrollment process. This role involves conducting follow-up communications through various mediums such as phone, email, chat, walk-ins, tours, and recruitment events. Additionally, the Admissions Counselor assists prospective students in selecting the program of study that aligns with their educational needs and professional goals.

This position is located on the Airport Campus in the Enrollment Services department.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree and at least one (1) year of admissions advising and outreach experience, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years related experience in student services programs. Experience related to the development and dissemination of information material is preferred.
