Job Details

Colorado State University is accepting applications for a Manager for International Student Advising Services. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that international students and scholars have an outstanding advising experience when interacting with the International Programs team. The Manager is responsible for ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the Global Advising Center of Laurel Hall; developing easy access to information on the ISSS website; managing video and email communications; enabling easy access to advisors through virtual and in-person appointments; training ISSS advisors as well as professional and student team members; and assessing customer and advising services.


The Manager also serves as an international student advisor and is responsible for delivering high quality advising services. The position develops international student advising strategies and supports the development of processes and procedures for international students across the campus. The Manager will have regular contact with academic and administrative leaders across CSU regarding international student services.

Salary: $60,000-$61,000; salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
