As the Director of International Undergraduate Admissions & Recruitment reporting to the Vice President of International Programs you will lead and oversee international undergraduate admissions and recruitment components of the Office of International Programs. Through your evaluation and assessment of admissions and recruitment practices, you will establish best practices, policies and procedures for recruitment; admissions and transfer credit evaluation; and processing and create strategic long and short-term goals to increase the percentage of international undergraduate students attending WSU. You will build relationships with administration, academic programs, and faculty across the WSU institution, as well as recruitment agencies, government agencies, and external institutions, to support WSU recruitment efforts and the articulate the goals and benefits of international education to all constituencies.
