JOB SUMMARY:
Collaborates with the Program Coordinator for Coursera to plan, design, and implement a variety of professional duties and responsibilities for the School of Computing. Major responsibilities include admission, assistantship management, enrolled services, and implementation of policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB DUTIES:
35% - Essential - Student Services: Serves as a liaison to appropriate college and university offices and programs related to Coursera such as the graduate school, international services, enrolled student services, etc. Provides primary support to students in addressing issues related to registration, transfer credits, financial aid, and admissions. Disseminates information and reminders of deadlines to current and incoming Coursera students. Assists in planning of recruitment activities and student orientations sessions each semester.
35% - Essential - Administrative Support: Provides administrative support for Program Coordinator for Coursera to prepare, maintain, and update a database for students records. Prepares and evaluates graduation audits to ensure all required materials and forms are completed.
30% - Essential - Advising and Program Support: Provides primary support to Coursera students in addressing advising issues related to registration, transfer credits, financial aid and admissions. Disseminates information and reminders of deadlines to current Coursera students. Maintains familiarity with Clemson on-line, graduate school, and international student policies in order to direct graduate students to relevant university resources.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience: Experience in student services programs.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Work Experience: 1+ years experience.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Expected Salary Range: ($ 37,860.00 - $ 53,957.00)
Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
