Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment plan for international markets, fostering existing partnerships and seeking referrals.
- Advise prospective students and families on admissions process and enrollment steps, maintaining timely communication.
- Assist in developing marketing materials and presentations for recruitment purposes.
- Maintain knowledge of financial aid options and evaluate application files.
- Track and report progress on enrollment goals.
- Collaborate with campus entities to support enrollment efforts.
- Lead student programming for cultural engagement, coordinate community partnerships, and facilitate student onboarding and adjustment.
- Assist with admissions and student engagement activities, participate in training sessions, and uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Travel will be expected and non-standard hours will be required, including evenings and weekends as well as international travel.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
- Experience public speaking and providing customer service is required. Previous experiences in recruiting in key established international markets, sales or marketing, first year experience, and/or knowledge of SEVIS and visa policies and procedures is preferred.
