The University of Indianapolis seeks a collaborative, dynamic, and strategic leader to serve as its new Director of Admission. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, the Director of Admission will work to shape the development of the University's undergraduate outreach, recruitment, and yield strategies; create admission policies and procedures; and manage the day-to-day operations of the admissions office.
The new Director serves as a key member of the enrollment leadership team to develop strategies and initiatives designed to secure and strengthen the University's position with prospective students, families, and secondary school partners. The ideal candidate will be a data-informed thought partner with an understanding of regional trends and markets with a demonstrated track record of success in college admissions.
