This is a newly created, valued role of Assistant Director of Partner Operations, reporting to the SVP US Partnerships. As a member of the INTO North America team, you will work to ensure that partner facing business process outcomes are in harmony with INTO’s strategic goals and will work collaboratively across all departments and functions to help improve the management of business processes.

This position will liaise closely with university and partnership staff in admissions, academics, student affairs, finance, facilities, and other functions to complete projects, tasks, and priorities as required for partnership management, integration and the full scope of services within the partner University.

  • Establish strong working relationships with relevant University partners ensuring, where appropriate, optimized working processes & practices between our respective teams and systems while ensuring the timely and effective sharing/transferring of information between them.
  • Participate heavily in partnership operations and coordinate with recruitment and admissions teams.
  • Maintain and manage a system and repository of documented process and procedures.
  • Create and manage a detailed project schedule and ensure timely delivery of necessary partner action items, ensuring partner contract practice is followed.
  • Support INTO North America initiatives through research, data collection and analysis.
  • Represent INTO North America and University partnerships, where necessary, to ensure partner goals and needs are met.
  • Collaborate in partner communications to ensure equal representation for the partner.
  • Prepare regular business process reports for management and customers.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating necessary stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain and update all the process related reports.
  • Recommend innovative business and technical solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
