Primary Purpose:
The Student Affairs Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the law school's support system. The Student Affairs Coordinator manages and implements events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Office of Student Affairs.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience. Excellent customer service skills.

The Student Affairs Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the law school's support system. The Student Affairs Coordinator manages and implements events, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Office of Student Affairs.
- Assist with supporting the setup and execution of student organization events, providing room reservation, supplies, event signage, and guest speaker support.
- Promote, organize, and coordinate the annual Student Organization Fair.
- Organize and stock student organization supply closets and complete supply requests from student organizations.
- Assist with the implementation of well-being initiatives, such as well-being week events and programming for the law school community.
- Assist with exam proctoring for ADA-accommodated students and make-up exams.
- Assist with large-scale student affairs events, including Orientation, Grad Brunch, Finals Programming, Inns of Court Banquet, etc.
- Assist with locker coordination (assignments, clean out, and miscellaneous issues)
- Liaise with other law school departments to support student services programming in admissions, the office of career and professional development, and the office of professional engagement at the law school; this includes assisting with law school graduation/commencement activities and prospective student events.
- Participate in law school committees when needed.
- Maintains a collaborative work environment and works well with others.
Perform other duties as assigned.
