Position Description
The SSSE Operations & Administration analyst assists in analyzing and processing personnel, finance, business management, and facilities documents. The analyst plays an integral role in aligning the department's budget and human resources with the institution's long-range goals and objectives providing primary administrative support to the AVP and Director of Student Engagement & SSSE Operations.

The SSSE Operations & Administration analyst assists in analyzing and processing personnel, finance, business management, and facilities documents. The analyst plays an integral role in aligning the department's budget and human resources with the institution's long-range goals and objectives providing primary administrative support to the AVP and Director of Student Engagement & SSSE Operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in educational administration, business discipline, or related field;
- Combined education and experience totaling seven years of progressively responsible experience managing a complex accounting and/or finance-driven business operation or higher education administrative support.
- Demonstrated direct budgeting and forecasting supervision.
- Demonstrated familiarity with educational software and Banner.
- CPA or preparing for CPA preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience; OR
- Combination of education and experience to equal 5 years.
