Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. A minimum of 6 (six) years’ experience in professional school admissions with experience in medical school admissions plus 2 (two) year’s of supervisory/management experience. Knowledge of the rules of confidentiality pertaining to student records ( FERPA , Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act). Demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate staff, solve problems, and respond tactfully in dealing with sensitive matters pertaining to students, parents, staff, and faculty. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple assignments in a detailed manner in an environment with frequent interruptions. Experience in AMCAS (American Medical College Application Service) admissions software. Experience in data analysis. Experience in major project management. Experience in program development. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Work Schedule
FT/Reg (40 hours)
