Job Duties
The Virginia Military Institute’s Department of International Studies and Political Science announces a visiting instructor position, beginning 01 August 2024. The term of the appointment is no less than one year and up to two years.

Minimum Qualifications
• Completed an M.A. in Political Science or International Relations at the time of application.
• Alumnus/Alumna of the Virginia Military Institute.
• Have been previously selected by VMI as a Peay Fellow in Residence (see details at https://www.vmialumni.org/the-peay-endowment/four-pillars-of-the-peay-endowment-for-academic-excellence/).
Additional Considerations
Separately, applicants should submit three letters of recommendation via e-mail to the VMI International Studies Department Head, Dennis Foster, at fosterdm@vmi.edu.
