Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Student Services specialist to join our team! As a Student Services specialist, you will directly interact with students and parents and communicate about their students' progress, conduct surveys, and assist in improving their overall experience. You will also be working closely with other departments and providing feedback to other teams to ensure the best student experience possible. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience working in a similar capacity.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement goals and processes to help each department stay on the same page, and best serve our clientele
• Understand the organization 's philosophy, offerings, and policies to communicate with parents and students in a professional manner
• Provide consultation and recommendations to parents and students for students' advancement and achieving their goals
• Supervise and guide students in tests and practices
• Document processes, policies and procedures for consistent services

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Student Services specialist or equivalent role desired
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience managing expectations and goals, and improving behavioral outcomes of students
• Extensive knowledge of the issues many students are facing today
• The ability to set both short and long-term, realistic goals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
