Essential Functions
Must be able to navigate relationships with diverse populations; Must be able to articulate college programs and the admissions process to individuals and to groups; must be able to relate to senior college, university, and secondary school officials; must be able to travel; must be able to write reports utilizing computer technology; must be able to become proficient with the computer technology related to the admissions processes.
Desirable Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Education, Student Personnel Administration, or a related field. Professional experience in an admissions office within an institution of higher education with four or more years of supervisory experience, preferably at a community college.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree. Five years of professional work experience in a college admission, recruitment or student services environment including two or more of supervisory experience. Understanding and appreciation of the mission of community colleges Valid driver’s license for travel to all College sites, as necessary.
