RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment plans for nursing programs, aligning with the university's admissions strategy.
- Identify and connect with prospective students in nursing-rich areas, guiding them through the admissions process.
- Manage the nursing enrollment pipeline, moving students from inquiry to enrollment.
- Provide comprehensive information on admissions, financial aid, programs, and student life to prospective nursing students.
- Collaborate with admissions and athletics to implement the recruitment plan, events calendar, and assigned activities.
- Travel to regional and national nursing recruitment events.
- Build relationships with community colleges, clinics, and high school counselors to strengthen nursing pipelines.
- Offer one-on-one guidance on applications, financial aid, and scholarships.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (counselors, churches, etc.).
- Track and report data on nursing recruitment efforts.
- Conduct engaging campus visits for prospective students (individuals and groups).
- Seek out and share current campus information from faculty and staff with prospective students.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or enrollment VP.
- Promote teamwork and uphold the University's mission in all assigned tasks.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
EXPERIENCE
- Prior successful experience in education, sales, admissions, health care, or recruitment.
- Experience with private, Catholic, liberal arts education preferred.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with the college athletic recruitment process preferred.
