RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment plans for nursing programs, aligning with the university's admissions strategy.
  • Identify and connect with prospective students in nursing-rich areas, guiding them through the admissions process.
  • Manage the nursing enrollment pipeline, moving students from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Provide comprehensive information on admissions, financial aid, programs, and student life to prospective nursing students.
  • Collaborate with admissions and athletics to implement the recruitment plan, events calendar, and assigned activities.
  • Travel to regional and national nursing recruitment events.
  • Build relationships with community colleges, clinics, and high school counselors to strengthen nursing pipelines.
  • Offer one-on-one guidance on applications, financial aid, and scholarships.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders (counselors, churches, etc.).
  • Track and report data on nursing recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct engaging campus visits for prospective students (individuals and groups).
  • Seek out and share current campus information from faculty and staff with prospective students.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or enrollment VP.
  • Promote teamwork and uphold the University's mission in all assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.


EXPERIENCE
  • Prior successful experience in education, sales, admissions, health care, or recruitment.
  • Experience with private, Catholic, liberal arts education preferred.
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with the college athletic recruitment process preferred.
