Life University is looking for an organized, specially-talented, and dynamic leader to serve as a Credentials and Admissions Evaluator. The Evaluator performs an array of systems work, data entry, record updates, quality assessment and control, data integrity functions, testing, imaging, customer service, and more. They serve, collaborate, and communicate with prospective students and applicants to the Doctor of Chiropractic, Graduate, Undergraduate, Post-Baccalaureate, and non-degree seeking programs, enrollment colleagues, campus representatives, and external constituents. The Evaluator performs the accurate and efficient processing of applications, credentials evaluation, transfer course equivalencies, articulations, and credit, admission reviews and decisions, and yield/pre-enrollment activities. They post/enter updates, decisions and other transactions, evaluate and/or post transfer credit, provide customer service, and watch over reports and communications, according to applicable guidelines and protocol. The Evaluator will support the recruitment and events teams and functions, as well as international efforts and functions. The ideal candidate will have the following experience: student/customer service, credentials evaluation, transfer credit, course advisement and placement, admission reviewing and decision-rendering, imaging, and pre-enrollment strategies and activities.

Required Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

1. Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education.

2. One year or more of transcript evaluation and/or academic/course advisement and/or transfer credit experience, performed at a regionally accredited institution of higher education.

3. Excellent computer, software, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

4. Able to organize work effectively, follow protocol, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, accommodate interruptions, and consistently meet goals and deadlines.

5. Strong attention to detail, efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

8. Must be available, able and willing to work some weekends, mornings, and/or evenings.

9. Travel within and outside of Atlanta, Georgia, within and outside the U.S. may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

1. More than one year of transcript evaluation and/or academic/course advisement and/or transfer credit experience.

2. Bilingual language skills (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension, etc.) in English and Spanish would be ideal.

3. Previous service/work with domestic and international applicants, applications, and credentials would be preferred.
