About the Role
The Director of Admissions will lead and manage all aspects of the campus-level admissions and enrollment activities with the Head of School or Principal, including conducting tours, interfacing with prospective families, and communicating school philosophy and features. This role also guides families through the admissions process, while collaborating with other departments to ensure a high level of service to every family. This position is Director of Admissions for Preschool through Eighth grade.
Most importantly, our schools embrace a culture of care-physically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually, both in and out of the classroom. This position will play a critical role in growing and supporting our school community, ensuring an environment where children are at the center of everything we do, and creating a comfortable atmosphere for our students, parents, and staff from the very moment they contact our school.

- Provide supervision and leadership to all individuals who may be involved in the enrollment process
- Be proactive in responding to parent concerns
- Manage CRM input, upkeep and follow-through for all campus enrollment
- Perform outside community marketing as needed

What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a school environment is preferred
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong people and communication skills
