St. Cecelia Catholic School is seeking a full-time (12 month) Assistant to the Development and Admissions Director.

School: St. Cecelia Catholic School, 1350 Court Street, Clearwater, FL 33756

Date Needed: Immediately or January

Assistant to the Development and Admissions Director Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Admissions/Alumni Association/Fundraising
  • Prepare weekly newsletters in Constant Contact.
  • Organize, prepare, and assist with open houses and other social events.
  • Process new student applications.
  • Coordinate school advertisements, press releases, flyer creation, and ad design.
  • Update and maintain the school website. (WordPress)
  • Create and plan social media campaigns using Meta Business Suite.

Required Skills:
  • College education or high school diploma with administrative experience.
  • Excellent communicator, people oriented, and personable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe Photo shop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Constant Contact experience is a plus.
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
  • Must pass a Diocesan Level II/FBI criminal history background check and complete Diocesan trainings including a Safe Environment training.
