Assistant to the Development and Admissions Director Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Admissions/Alumni Association/Fundraising
- Prepare weekly newsletters in Constant Contact.
- Organize, prepare, and assist with open houses and other social events.
- Process new student applications.
- Coordinate school advertisements, press releases, flyer creation, and ad design.
- Update and maintain the school website. (WordPress)
- Create and plan social media campaigns using Meta Business Suite.
Required Skills:
- College education or high school diploma with administrative experience.
- Excellent communicator, people oriented, and personable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe Photo shop, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Constant Contact experience is a plus.
- Bi-lingual in Spanish/English is a plus.
- Must pass a Diocesan Level II/FBI criminal history background check and complete Diocesan trainings including a Safe Environment training.
