Job Summary

Under the Campus Director's direction and supervision, the Admissions Counselor will recruit qualified applicants for admission into qualified programs by responding to written and verbal requests for information and assisting with student orientation. In addition to the Admission Counselor's duties, this position will require managing the school's social media platforms and coordinating with staff to produce content.

Job Duties
  • Facilitates the implementation of all admissions goals and strategies.
  • Delivers program information via telephone and written materials, communicating school policies, processes, and procedures throughout the student life cycle.
  • Conducts virtual information sessions for all programs.
  • Addresses issues or concerns regarding cost, financing, dress code, curriculum, testing procedures, enrollment paperwork information, cancellation policy, or other related items to ensure the student understands the entire education decision.
  • Follows up with students at the end of the first term and communicates any concerns with the education department.
  • Participates in Campus events and tours prospective students as needed.
  • Works with the Campus Director to ensure each class has the appropriate number of qualified students.
  • Accountable to perform the functions of the job while remaining compliant with organizational policies and state, federal, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Stays informed of current trends and changes in the industry through participation in admission training meetings.
  • Markets the institution to the external community.
  • Works with the Campus Director to develop social media marketing campaigns that effectively deliver the value of current educational programs to prospective students.
  • Coordinates with staff and faculty to develop social media content.
  • Maintains compliance with annual continuing education as required by individual certifications and agreed upon during employee review.
  • Administrative duties are assigned as needed.


Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of related experience

During the first few weeks, the job will be part-time, basis-20-24 hours a week, but it will grow to full-time after the training.

Business hours are Monday-Friday 8-5 PM.
