Position Summary

This position is responsible for helping students navigate their academic journey from enrollment to graduation. The Academic Advisor will provide guidance on degree requirements, academic policies, and communicate necessary information on progression towards graduation. They will provide support for students facing academic challenges and will assist in academic planning. The Academic Advisor will also promote career opportunities and track job placement.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience with customer service. Operates MS Word and Excel

Preferred Experience: Experience in a college or university student services office setting
