economic flight training and associated services for South Florida, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Join our team as an Admission Officer at a leading flight academy in South Florida. Our Admissions

Officer will evaluate applications from prospective students interested in attending our institution. They

handle submitting applications' intake, processing, evaluation, and determinations. They will verify the

accuracy of the information and confirm that application packages are complete and contain all required

elements.

Responsibilities:

• Accept or reject student applications to our educational institution based on the school’s standards.

• From enrollment to graduation, you will serve as the initial point of contact for applicants

• Review collection and approval of all submitted documentation.

• Selection of students- You will work closely with other members of the admissions team and academic

colleagues to ensure an efficient and fair application process for all applicants.

• Screen applications, essays, transcripts, test scores, and interviews to determine which students to

accept.

• Manage the admissions selection, continuous enrollment, and withdrawal/completion

processes.

• Manage large amounts of student data (personal, financial, educational, etc.,).

• Maintain proper record-keeping and retention awareness.

• Submit reports and various assessments as often as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1- year minimum, proven work experience as an Admissions Counselor, at an Accredited College

• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Native English speaker / Bilingual is preferred

• Solid written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

• Excellent organizational skills

• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Customer service attitude

• Must have a bachelor’s degree
