Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Three (3) years of full-time work experience in admissions, college advising, college counseling, financial aid, financial literacy, or financial education. This could also include experience in complex sales Experience interacting respectfully and helpfully with a diverse population of students and parents Willingness to work and travel evenings and weekends Current driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience effectively representing an education institution to prospective students and other key external constituents Supervisory experience We seek creative, adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity, multicultural understanding, and cultural fluency. Consistent with the university’s commitment to women, diversity and social justice, preference will be given to candidates who manifest these themes in their experience and service.
